1. Dental Laboratory Services
Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. provides custom dental laboratory products and services primarily to licensed dentists, dental practices, dental clinics, and other authorized dental professionals.
The treating or prescribing dental professional is solely responsible for:
- Diagnosis and treatment planning
- Patient examination and consent
- Tooth preparation
- Prescriptions and laboratory instructions
- Clinical decisions
- Material selection where applicable
- Implant and restorative specifications
- Final inspection and approval
- Placement and use of any restoration, appliance, or laboratory product
- Determining the clinical suitability and safety of the finished product
Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. does not diagnose or treat patients and does not establish a dentist-patient relationship.
2. Prescriptions & Case Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and legally authorized case information, including all applicable:
- Prescriptions
- Digital scans
- Impressions
- Bite registrations
- Photographs
- Shades
- Measurements
- Implant information
- Material specifications
- Design instructions
- Patient information
Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. may rely on the prescription and information supplied by the treating dental professional.
We are not responsible for delays, fitting problems, remakes, adjustments, clinical complications, or other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, unclear, or changed information.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or request clarification of any case that is incomplete, technically unsuitable, improperly authorized, unlawful, or otherwise cannot reasonably be completed as prescribed.
Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges and revised turnaround times.
3. Pricing, Payment & Account Terms
Prices may vary based on materials, case complexity, customization, quantity, shipping, rush service, special handling, and additional laboratory work.
Quotes and estimates are subject to change unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for all applicable charges associated with products and services ordered from Prime Dental Laboratory Inc.
Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms stated on the invoice, account agreement, quotation, or other written communication.
Late Payments
Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee or finance charge up to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
For overdue accounts, Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. may, to the extent permitted by law:
- Place the account on credit hold
- Suspend or discontinue services
- Decline new cases
- Delay release or shipment of completed work
- Revoke credit privileges
- Require advance payment
- Require payment of outstanding balances before accepting additional work
Customers may also be responsible for reasonable collection costs, collection agency fees, court costs, and attorneys’ fees where permitted by law.
Billing discrepancies should be reported promptly after receipt of the applicable invoice.
4. Returned Checks & Rejected Payments
Any check, ACH transfer, electronic payment, credit-card payment, or other payment that is returned, rejected, reversed, stopped, or dishonored may be subject to a returned-payment or service fee up to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, in addition to the unpaid balance.
Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. may require replacement payment by certified funds, credit card, wire transfer, or another approved payment method.
Returned or rejected payments may result in suspension of credit privileges or placement of the customer’s account on prepaid status.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers should contact Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. promptly regarding any billing dispute and make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly with us.
Unauthorized or improper chargebacks do not eliminate any valid payment obligation.
Where permitted by law, Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. reserves the right to recover amounts validly owed, together with applicable fees, costs, and expenses associated with collection.
6. Turnaround Times
All turnaround times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Turnaround time generally begins after Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. has received all information, materials, prescriptions, scans, impressions, approvals, and other items required to process the case.
Turnaround may be affected by:
- Case complexity
- Missing or incomplete information
- Material availability
- Supplier delays
- Shipping or courier delays
- Holidays
- Equipment interruptions
- Requested design changes
- Events beyond our reasonable control
7. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.
Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or delivery interruptions caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt and report apparent shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies within a reasonable period.
8. Custom Products, Returns & Remakes
Dental restorations, appliances, and related products are custom manufactured for individual cases and generally are not eligible for ordinary returns or refunds.
Requests for:
- Remakes
- Repairs
- Adjustments
- Replacements
- Credits
- Refunds
are subject to case review and any applicable Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. warranty or remake policy.
Additional charges may apply when corrective work results from:
- New or altered impressions
- New or altered scans
- Preparation changes
- Prescription changes
- Shade changes
- Design changes
- Incorrect bite records
- Treatment-plan changes
- Patient-related changes
- Damage after delivery
- Improper use or handling
- Changes requested after manufacturing has begun
Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. may require return of the original product or supporting documentation before approving a remake, replacement, credit, or refund.
9. Workmanship & Clinical Results
Prime Dental Laboratory Inc. warrants only those matters expressly covered by an applicable written laboratory warranty or remake policy.
No guarantee is made regarding:
- Treatment success
- Patient satisfaction or acceptance
- Biological response
- Implant integration
- Tooth movement
- Long-term clinical performance
- Longevity under particular patient conditions
- Outcomes affected by clinical treatment or patient-specific factors
The treating dental professional must inspect and approve each restoration, appliance, or product before final placement or patient use.
The treating professional remains responsible for confirming fit, function, occlusion, shade, material suitability, clinical appropriateness, and patient safety.
10. Product Variations
Because dental restorations and appliances are individually manufactured, minor variations may occur in shade, translucency, contour, texture, finish, dimensions, or appearance.
Images, photographs, samples, and digital renderings displayed on PrimeDentalLab.com are for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that a finished custom product will appear identical.
11. Privacy & Patient Information
Customers must submit only patient information reasonably necessary for providing laboratory services.
By submitting patient information, the customer represents that it has the lawful authority, consent, authorization, or other legal basis required to provide that information to Prime Dental Laboratory Inc.
Customer and patient information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Where applicable, protected health information will be handled in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy requirements and any applicable written agreement between the parties.
Customers should not submit unnecessary confidential or sensitive information through general website forms.
12. Customer Representations
By submitting a case or using our services, the customer represents that:
- It is legally authorized to request the services ordered
- Applicable professional licenses and authorizations are current
- Submitted information is accurate to the best of its knowledge
- It has authority to disclose any patient information provided
- Its treatment decisions comply with applicable professional standards and law
- It will use our products only for lawful professional purposes
13. Website Use
PrimeDentalLab.com may be used only for lawful purposes.

23. Severability
